Completed in 2004, San Bruno’s The Crossing consists of 900 multifamily housing units, two hotels, a restaurant, and a senior housing site. This project required structural framing at a fair price, as part of the project would be geared towards housing lower-income families. Structural framing at a fair price is just one of Steeler’s specialties.
